What happens to my phone after I sell it?

Once we take over your phone, it will be cleaned and repaired if necessary. The iPhone will then be relaunched. If we can no longer repair the iPhone we will recycle the parts. This is how we help create a sustainable society together!

Who pays the shipping costs?

At Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl, we always pay the shipping costs, so you do not have to incur any additional expenses.

Can I drop off my phone instead of mailing it?

You can deliver your phone to us in person at our store at Vreeburg 6 in Rosmalen. We look forward to welcoming you to our store!

How long will my phone take to process?

Once we receive your package, your phone will be checked by one of our experts. If everything matches the information you provided in the online form, you will receive the agreed amount in your account within 24 hours. It’s that easy at Verkoopmijnelefoon.nl.

What if my phone is rated differently?

Sometimes we may evaluate your phone differently from you. This could be due to unforeseen defects coming out of the test, for example. In that case, you will receive a new price proposal from us. You can choose to agree to the new proposal or return your phone for free.

Can I include accessories?

You can send along your original, unused charging cable for a fee. For example, a charging cable will get you €4.

What if the package is lost?

Keep your shipping receipt well (or take a picture of it). We need this to find out where it went wrong and possibly file a claim with PostNL or DHL. Thus, we can ensure that the loss is compensated and you still receive the agreed upon amount.

Can I cancel my sale?

Want to cancel the sale of your phone after you fill out the sale form? No problem! You can just keep your phone and not ship it to us. As a result, the sale will be canceled. Please note that if we have already received your phone, verified it and transferred the agreed amount, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled.

I can’t find my phone?

Unfortunately, if your phone is missing from the website, we do not purchase this model. It may sometimes happen that the latest models have not yet been added. In this case, please contact us.

How do I know which phone I have?

Apple devices:

  • Go to “Settings.
  • Click on “General” and then “Info.
  • ‘Model name’ shows which model of iPhone you have.

Samsung devices:

  • Go to “Settings.
  • Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on ‘Device info’
  • Under ‘Model name’ you can see which model of device you have.
