2) Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements relating to the sale of telephones to verkoopmijntelefoon.nl.

2.2 Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl operates exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions.

2.3 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will only be settled by the competent Dutch court and/or disputes committee.

2.4 Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl reserves the right to accept or refuse telephones in its sole opinion.

2.5 A coupon code can be applied for a maximum of one (1) per customer.

3) The seller guarantees

3.1 The rightful owner of the offered telephone(s) is.

3.2 is 18 years of age or older.

3.3 That the offered telephone(s) is/are free of moisture and/or water damage and is/are in original condition.

3.4 That the bank details provided are correct. Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl cannot be held liable if the payment was made to an incorrectly communicated account.

4) Purchase amount and purchase

4.1 Our online calculator gives an indication of the value of your phone(s).

4.2 The calculated purchase amount at the time of registration is valid for fourteen (14) calendar days.

4.3 Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl shall pay the seller the agreed purchase price if the telephone(s) sent by the seller correspond to the data specified on www.verkoopmijntelefoon.nl

4.4 Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl carries out an extensive check on each telephone(s) offered by the seller. Non-working functions reduce the value of the phone(s).  

4.5 If the purchase price is lower than the initial proposal, a new proposal will be submitted to the seller. If you agree with the proposal, we will transfer the agreed amount to the bank account number you have provided within 24 hours. If you do not agree with the proposal, we will return your phone(s) free of charge. A response period of fourteen (14) calendar days applies. If we have not received a choice within fourteen (14) calendar days, the new proposed purchase amount will be paid out.

4.6 Payment of telephone(s) normally takes place within 24 hours after receipt and verification of your telephone(s) by verkoopmijntelefoon.nl.

4.7 The maximum number of phones that can be sold by an individual seller is five (5) per two (2) months.

4.8 When the agreed purchase amount has been transferred to your bank account, the sale is final and it is no longer possible to receive the phone(s) back.

4.9 Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl does not accept stolen or lost phones. All phones are compared with the authorities designated for this purpose (CheckMend). If it appears that your phone(s) are registered as stolen or missing, we will make a report to the relevant authorities and immediately dissolve the purchase agreement.

5) Shipping

5.1 Your phone(s) must be properly packaged when you send them to verkoopmijntelefoon.nl. Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl is not responsible for the phone(s) that are damaged during shipment.

5.2 If we have cancelled an order because we suspect fraud or another valid reason and you still send it, sending it is your own risk.

5.3 If your phone(s) gets lost during shipment, verkoopmijntelefoon.nl will reimburse the agreed purchase amount. To do this, Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl needs the following information and documents from the seller:

– Photos of the package before shipment;
– Description of what the package looked like;
– Proof of delivery;
– Purchase invoice of the product;
– Copy of a valid ID.

5.4 If you wish to receive your phone(s) back, you may be charged €10 in the following cases:
      1. You cannot or do not want to remove your access code and/or Apple ID or Google account remotely.
 2. If verkoopmijntelefoon.nl still finds moisture and/or water damage.

6) Data

6.1 Verkoopmijntelefoon.nl is not responsible for the security, protection, confidentiality or use of data on the phone(s). The seller must remove all personal or confidential data, passwords and other security codes from the phone(s) before it is sent.

6.2 SIM cards and/or memory cards that you send will be immediately removed and destroyed to prevent misuse.

6.3 If you wish to receive your SIM card(s) and/or memory card(s) back, you will be charged €10. You can only request this if your phone(s) have not yet been received and/or checked.
