Once we have finally taken your phone from you, it will be cleaned and repaired if necessary. The phone will then be re-marketed. If it is no longer possible to repair the phone we will recycle the parts. This is how we help create a sustainable society together!
Once we receive the package, your phone will be checked by one of our experts. If they match the information you provided, you will receive the agreed amount in your account within 24 hours.
Sometimes we may evaluate your phone differently from you. It may be that unforeseen defects come out of the test. If the result of our test differs from your application, you will receive a new price proposal. You can choose to agree to the price proposal or return the phone.
After registering your phone, you will receive a shipping label from us that allows you to send your phone to us free of charge and insured. Pack the phone well in a box, stick the shipping label on it and take the package to a PostNL point.
- Disable Find My iPhone (Apple devices);
- Deleting your access code;
- Log out of your Apple ID or Google account;
- Delete your phone completely;
- Remove your SIM card and/or memory card.
You can send in your original, unused charging cable and/or adapter (plug) for a fee. For example, you get €4 for a charging cable and €5 for an adapter.
When we receive your phone, it will be reset to factory settings. Sim cards and/or memory cards received by us will be destroyed by us.
Yes, if you have already shipped your phone you can cancel the sale at any time at no cost. Once we have checked the phone and transferred the agreed amount then the sale is final and it is no longer possible to cancel.
If your phone is missing from the website we unfortunately do not purchase this model. Sometimes it may happen that the latest models have not yet been added, in this case please contact us.

- Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Device info.
- 'Model name' shows which model of device you have.
You can sell a maximum of five phones to us every two months. Should you wish to sell more than five phones, please contact us for a suitable price proposal.
